Workshop details

Our main days for workshops are on Tuesdays and Saturdays but we are often available other days on request

Please note the minimum age for students attending any of our workshops is 14 years of age. There is no maximum age!

Workshop 1 - An introduction to fused glass making

Cost £90 - Time 1100 - 1600

1100 - 1110 - Meet and greet with coffee/tea at main house.

1110 - 1130 - An introduction to glass making with health and safety guidelines.

1130 - 1300 - Learn how to cut glass and make your first coaster sized piece of glass art.

1300 - 1345 - Lunch break (Bring your own picnic please)

1345 - 1550 - Continue with your first glass piece / start on second piece. (Your choice of any coaster or up to 20cm square size glass included)

1550 - 1600 - Debriefing and tidying up.

Workshop 2 - Jewellery making

We will supply enough material and the bails and earring attachments for up to 3 pendants and 2 pairs of earrings in this workshop. If you are a speedy worker and wish to make more items we can advise the cost on the day based upon what you would like to make. Please note we supply silver plated bails and earring pieces. Should you wish to use solid silver or gold please advise so that we can purchase them in advance and advise the cost accordingly.

Cost £70 - Time 1300 - 1600

1300 - 1310 - Meet and greet with coffee/tea at main house.

1310 - 1330 - An introduction to fused glass jewellery making with health and safety guidelines.

1330 - 1550 - Make your own pieces of fused glass pendants and earrings

1550 - 1600 - Debriefing and tidying up.
